Shipping & Returns

For US Customers:

For other products, the order value must total $75 or more before services and taxes to qualify for free shipping. Valid online at nutritionslims.com, by phone or mail. Offer is limited to standard ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Does not apply to prior purchases or open orders and cannot be combined with any other offer. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. May not be used toward purchase of gift cards or team orders. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.

Shipping Policies: 

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped after the payment cleared next business day via United State Postal Service (USPS)Priority / First -class mail (2-5 days) with deliver confirmation. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be placed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. 

Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened packs with its original package when returned within 7 days. There will be 15% restocking fee applied on all returned items. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. To be fully credited for such returns the customer must contact us for a return authorization. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. No Exception please! 

Damages Packages

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and call us immediately. Please have driver note any claims on the freight bill of any shortage or damage to your shipment.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order placed on our website and receive a full refund if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately by telephone or email if you like to cancel your order. Note: We try to process orders quickly for the same or next day shipping.

1.    Canceled orders after already been processed are subject to a 5% processing fee.

2.    Canceled orders after already been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

3.    Credits can only be issued after we receive refused packaged.

Wrong Address Charges

A $10.00 fee will apply for an incorrect shipping address.

1. When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers will charge us a $10.00 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.

2. Incorrect Address that results in the order being lost - We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

Lost or stolen during shipping and delivery

We are not responsible or replacement for the lost or stolen merchandise that has been shown to be delivered by the United States Postal Service, by any other delivery service, if your order has not been sent insured. Sorry, no exception!

If an insured item is lost or stolen, we will replace your order, and send documents requiring your signature. These documents allow us to recover the cost of the missing merchandise.

For International Customers:

Your Order will be shipped via USPS International by either First-class (varied), Pacel Post, Priority Mail (7-10 days), Express Mail (3-5 days). Please contact us for more information. Thank you!

Customs information:

Nutrition Slims will not be liable for any packages refused or held by customs for delivery. The purchaser is responsible for their country's customs or taxes.  These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau.
We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. 

Please note: First Class International mail cannot track your order.

First-Class Mail International do not provide tracking information. Customs Label number is typically not scanned for tracking purposes outside the US. We regret that we are unable to tell you where the item is or the exact date it will be delivered. While the US Postal Service captures scans for L-series labels at acceptance in the US, foreign posts are not obligated to scan these items. Therefore, the First-class internationl mail labels are not trackable internationally, per the Universal Postal Union (UPU). As a result, we can not provide tracking information for these items beyond the US and we do not advertise items that use this label as a trackable service offering.

Wrong Address Charges For International Customers

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee if address is incorrect.

International Return Policy


We will not accept returns or issue credits, replaces or refunds for products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. Health merchandise need to be stored at proper temperatures. We do not know the condition of the products when returned to us, therefore, the products can not be restocked.
